Positive: I had a fantastic stay at the Royal Azur Thalassa in Hammamet. From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming and attentive, and to my delight I was given a complimentary room upgrade, which made the experience even more special. The hotel itself is beautiful – modern, clean, and very well maintained. The pool and private beach area were perfect for relaxing, and the spa facilities really added to the luxury feel. Food and drinks were fresh and varied, with plenty of choice each day. What stood out most was the excellent service the team went out of their way to make sure everything was comfortable and enjoyable. The location was also great, close to Hammamet Medina and only a short drive to Yasmin Hammamet. Overall, Royal Azur Thalassa exceeded my expectations and gave me a holiday I’ll remember. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone visiting Hammamet.

Positive: I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel and the staff were always polite and ready to help "Especially Hana and the rest of the reception staff were very cooperative and extremely helpful". The room was clean, spacious, and well-equipped with everything I needed "The booking was for a double room, but we were given a suite☺️.". The location is perfect, close to restaurants. Breakfast was delicious with many options. Overall, a great experience and I would be happy to stay here again.

Negative: "The check-in process took a long time. I hope the hotel can reconsider the check-in time, as it only started from 3:00 PM."

Positive: The staff and the facilities were expecting l! Haykel accommodated us at our arrival, and made us so very welcomed and ensured we could get dinner before, while he processed our check in! We were then assisted to our room and the stay was so relaxing, stress free! A perfect time off after a long trip!
