Negative: The bed was full of bed bugs and I got bitten all over my feet and legs. The wifi ant the designated area did not work and there was not internet conection on both days we stayed at Roy's.

Positive: wonderful place for a stopover during long travels; eclectic atmosphere - very friendly personnel and food just a-ma-zing!
Negative: Wifi (as in most other places in namibia) rather poor, and also no MTC connection. Don't expect to make any video calls to family members. But enough for quick whatsapp comm & arranging/checking travel logistics
