Positive: The staff were attentive and friendly. The hotel is stylish and the bed was super comfortable. We also appreciated being able to fully adjust the temperature in both the room and the bathroom separately. The sauna, and the outside heated pool offer a great view. The breakfast was good with a nice selection.

Negative: The indoor pool area was quite crowded, and it was hard to find a free spot to relax - possibly because the spa is open to non-hotel guests. We were also woken up during the night by the sound of running water from a nearby shower.

Positive: We had a wonderful time, we were very well looked after by the staff and the facilities were excellent. The pools and sauna were great as was the breakfast. The dumplings from the bar near the pool were exceptionally good.

Negative: There was nothing that bothered me enough to mention here

Positive: Fantastic new building immaculately decorated and furnished. Amazing spa pools, reception area with games and bars. Incredibly helpful and friendly staff. (Thank you Vida!). Great location right on the coast.

Negative: Very little- as it really felt we were treated like royalty! Nit-picking I would say that it’s a shame there’s not at least 5 main courses on the menu, no ketchup or other sauces at breakfast, no milk, sugar or tea option in the room (despite a lovely coffee pod machine there).

Summary: A great 5* resort in a superb location- go on, spoil yourself!

Negative: A few things are still missing since it is too new but im sure they will figure it out with time. Breakfast needs to step up its game, everything was cold.

Positive: Location, comfort, friendly staff and fabulous hospitality. The hotel will certainly improve as you iron out the early challenges.

Negative: Early teething issues, TV in room required a code so had to get someone to do that. Climate control switch constantly flashed, which was not desirable at night. The piped music around the hotel was go but just a little too loud. Breakfast was good but no fruit option. Smiths restaurant food was very good but a limited menu. These are minor things but worth noting. I was travelling for business and was able to work well in my room.

Summary: Short and sweet. Reception staff stood out very well amonsgt the strong team in place
