Summary: The pictures of the hotel are misleading. It is not a 4 star hotel, but 2. the staff were aggressive, speak only Turkish. can't understand that Hotels.com can have their portfolios. the cleanliness is not good either. the breakfast was the worst I have seen in a hotel. I checked out a day earlier, sent a text message asking if I should be charged, haven't received a reply yet. The toilet smelled. A/C was turned off, when I asked if they can turn it on, they told me it's winter. the room was so hot that we had to open the windows.
