Positive: Good location, nice breakfast.

Negative: First we were given a room on a smoking floor and we were never asked if we were smokers. We requested a non smoking room but the room still smelled like smoke. Always ask if the rooms are smoking or not. Male receptionist not the kindest. Female receptionists nice and kind.

Positive: Perfect location to travel through Ankara. The restaurant is located on the top floor with a nice view of part of the city. Customer service was exceptional with arranging taxis and transfers to various destinations but also with getting beers late at night while everything was closed. Bathrooms was good with warm water, the room was also properly cleaned each day with fresh towels and bottles of water being replenished.
