Positive: Amazing value, the room was extremely well priced. I've paid much more for much worse rooms. Easy check in with no delay. Powerful, hot shower. Large TV in room.
Negative: Slightly grubby round bathroom window, room wasn't spotless. The TV noise from the next room was such that I could identify what show they were watching. Not the guests' fault, the sound insulation should be better.
Summary: not perfect, but at that price I forgive it! I will more than likely stay again.

Positive: Accommodating staff as I was arriving late and for the price, I couldn’t complain as it was perfect stop of for my trips to north wales from Sunderland.
Negative: The shower head was very loose

Positive: Very friendly staff. Indian restaurant food was truly top notch. Clean room. Keen attention to detail. Insanely good price for both room and food. Easy access to travel routes.
Negative: VERY sensitive fire alarm system. Alarm signalled briefly a few times early evening.

Positive: Excellent staff. Very helpful and accommodating. Despite arriving outside of normal checking time they waited for me and even prepared a full meal ordered 10mins before the restaurant closed. If you don’t need a place to stay go and eat the food. I know Indian cooking and I can safely say it’s the best biryani I have eaten in a restaurant anywhere in the UK including all the fancy London ones.
Negative: Water pressure was dismal. Really really minimal and took ages for warm water to come through. The hidden areas of the room could do with more cleaning attention - I am being very picky here, behind the tv for example.
Summary: Excellent value for money if I’m in the area I’m definitely coming back to this restaurant even if I don’t need a room.
