From the warm welcome at the reception to the impeccable service during breakfast, every member of the staff was professional, attentive, and incredibly friendly. The team’s attention to detail and dedication to guest satisfaction truly stood out. A special thank you to the management for maintaining such high standards of hospitality. Summary: Its a nice hotell but it has seen its best days. It’s a lack of maintenance specially at the spa. Most of the lookers in the men’s looker room was out of funktion. There was only one shower with warm water and no water in the small pool. It was freezing cold where the big pool was. In the hamas spa the warm water only worked for half of the time we were there. We spent 11 days in at the hotell but only used the spa ones due to the poor condition. The staff was very friendly and service minded. Everything we asked for they tried to help us with. Note: if you have booked a room for 3 person they give you a room for 2 and put an extra bed in the room. The rooms are good and comfortable but also here there is a lack of maintenance. Our bath tub was leaking so we had to change room. And there is a lot of mould in the bathrooms. See pictures. It was a nice view but due to the dirty windows you can barely see anything. The breakfast is good with plenty of food. It’s very ”arabic inspired ” so if you are in to ”European breakfast ” i suppose you will bee disappointed. It’s a lot of clients from the clinics so be ready to sometimes have the feeling of eating in a hospital. The location is far away from the city center. If you go with public transportation it will take you about 1 hour and 30 minutes to get there. It’s like in an industrial area. The restaurant next door was a good restaurant we enjoyed.

Summary: The only person who does a great job in that location is just the cleaning lady. She did a excellent job. She’s so nice and the breakfast was really good other than that the Internet was bad transportation bad communication with the teams really bad. Also, the massage place they will ripped you off when they know that you’re not from thecountry

Summary: Good staff and breakfast, location is fair, room was clean but it was not conditioned properly and it was noisy which makes it not appropriate for rest. Generally the hotel should be considered as average 3 star hotel
