Positive: Very clean, friendly and available owner, just all around good stay.

Negative: The only thing I could say was a tiny bit inconvenient was the closest shoprite or walmart is 25 minutes away.

Positive: It was quiet and the location was great.

Negative: It was not very clean and we were accused of breaking something in a room we never used. No AC and it was not listed on the website. Furnishings were not provided very well either. Getting by with the least amount as possible it seems.

Summary: It met our intensions until the phone call accusing us of breaking something destroyed it all.

Positive: The house was very nice. It had everything that we needed for our stay. Most importantly, our host was very nice and answered our questions promptly.

Negative: We stayed at the property at the end of July on an unusually warm and humid day. It was mildly uncomfortable sleeping, but ceiling fans provided some air movement.
