Positive: We booked seven nights, but on the day of check-in, our flight was delayed and we arrived late at 1:00 a.m. local time. The owner kindly agreed to wait for our arrival. The building itself is new, and the rooms are very clean and comfy. The bathroom and plumbing are new and clean. Our room had an anti-mosquito net, which was very pleasant. The staff and owner are very polite and friendly, so don't hesitate to ask them for anything.

Negative: The only downside was the lack of toiletries (shampoo, soap, etc.), but the pros of this hotel outweigh the only con. There was a mini BigC nearby, where we bought shampoo and other items.
