Summary: Can’t complain about anything. Host responded to all correspondence in a polite and timely manner.Property is beautiful and was just what we needed to unplug for a few days as a family.

Summary: I stayed with my husband and 3 kids for 4 nights. Overall the home has been excellently built and taken care of, the wood heater is cosy and warm and there are high end appliances throughout the home. However, the cleaners didn’t do an amazing job which i believe is a reflection on the property management.There was no key in the lock box as instructed and we struggled to get access to the property which wasn’t an amazing experience after a long drive. The garbage bins outside were overflowing and almost every item in the kitchen was dirty and needed cleaning before we used it. Spatulas were covered in oil and plates had food leftovers on them. The fire wood had not been restocked as we expected so we had to go and buy some from town. The pantry and cupboards were left messy inside and would be nice to just have it presented nicely. If these detail things can be taken care of it would make for a much more pleasant experience.
