Positive: Everything. It was awesone!
Negative: Guests pay a premium and the vehicles are parked outside the campus. You should consider giving a free car wash before handing the cars to the guests (of course with consent). This will be a huge goodwill to the property management.

Negative: The check-in was delayed by more than 1 hour. The bathroom design is a bit strange.
