Summary: I’ve now stayed at this hotel twice, and both experiences have been excellent. The rooms are consistently very clean, fresh, and well maintained, which makes for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The staff is always friendly, professional, and ready to help with anything needed. It’s clear they truly care about their guests. I highly recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future.

Summary: Rosen Shingle Creek exceeded every expectation. From the moment we arrived, the staff were warm, welcoming, and genuinely helpful, setting the tone for a wonderful stay. Our room was spacious and immaculate, with stunning views that made it hard to leave each morning. The pool facilities were outstanding. There were plenty of fresh towels, convenient water stations, and a brilliant pool bar that kept the atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. We had a lovely poolside lunch and drinks at CatTails which was perfect for a sunny afternoon. The true standout of the trip, though, was Cala Bella The food, wine, and overall experience were absolutely incredible and easily the highlight of our stay. The Lobster Ravioli and Chicken Parm were 10/10. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. The buffet offered a very good variety and excellent value, making it a great way to start the day. Overall, Rosen Shingle Creek delivers comfort, quality, and exceptional service in every area. We would definitely revisit and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable stay.

Summary: The shower head and soap and shampoo were not to the standards I would expect from this type of hotel. The bathroom vanity curved outwards and was very high so uncomfortable to use the sink. Also, I missed the fine print of a $36/night parking. Do they expect their guests to come on foot? My walk to my room from the elevator was 200 steps. The use of the wheeled baggage carriers was via the bellhop only. All the amenities were for a fee, which is bizarre to me. My bed was comfortable and the place is beautiful.
