Positive: Convenient location, decently sized main room, helpful hosts.

Negative: Very steep stairs-- steepness not obvious from photos and they posed somewhat of a hazard for our toddler. Virtually no ventilation downstairs: the whole floor gets humid, hot, and stinky. Beds were mediocre.

Positive: Convenient location, comfortable beds. Our party of 4 had plenty of room.

Negative: Bathroom got flooded when using the shower. Beds were not made at arrival - this is unusual and a big turn off particularly when arriving late like we did. Request to strip beds at departure and to put everything in the bathroom was also surprising given the price point. All the reminders about what to do at check out to avoid additional charges were a bit annoying and should have used a more customer-friendly tone.

Positive: Bright, spacious and clean. Perfectly located to the centre of Bergen but very quiet. The hosts were prompt to answer any questions. Couldn’t have asked for a better place!
