Positive: We had a wonderful week in Rose Villa. We felt that everything we needed was there as the villa was so well equipped. Having pool towels as well as bath towels was a real bonus. The garden is a sun trap and the pool was welcoming after hot days in Cyprus and well maintained by the very friendly pool maintenance man. Having an outside loo and shower to use in the pool area was brilliant. All of the rooms were spacious and cupboard space was ample. The terrace outside the dining area was a welcome space to sit at any time of the day or night. The car port is a covered area, keeping the car cool and ready to use without having to open all the windows first. Lysiotis is the local supermarket which is well stocked and a 2 minute drive away. The local beach is a 5 minute drive, but sick to the main roads as Google sent us via a very uneven dirt track! The motorway is 5 minutes drive and you then have access to the rest of Cyprus.

Negative: All of the beds are very firm which didn't suit our sleeping habits. We met the pool maintenance man who was very friendly but it would be helpful to know which day he is scheduled to arrive as we picked that day to have a day at the villa using the pool and were unable to for a while because of the chlorine he had put in. It would also be helpful to know which bin bags to use as we noticed that the neighbours had put out recycling in a separate bag and we didn't know which one to use.

Positive: It’s a beautiful villa! We especially loved how there are lots of different zones for relaxing/entertaining. The owner is absolutely lovely as well and the pool was the icing on the cake!!

Positive: Very relaxing villa Superb views Very well equipped kitchen Good location.

Negative: The mattresses were very hard, not comfortable at all. Shame the pool wasn’t heated (although understand why with the cost of electricity in Cyprus)
