Negative: The property is exactly as the photo. It is very spacious and if you are in a group you can mix when you want and also have your privacy.

Positive: Nice house very close to the airport. Bedrooms upstairs, living areas downstairs. Lots of space. Very good air conditioning. Easy to travel everywhere by a rental car. Parking next to the house. Walking distanse from the beach, few shops and restaurants. Planes are very loud ofcourse, especially to one of the bedrooms, but it was also nice to look at them flying over the house.

Negative: Kitchen equipmet was ok and we could manage, but it was hard and we couldnt cook anything special with it. Knives were not sharp, cutting board and pan were very small. Forks, knives and spoons were enough for only one meal, couldnt use them to serve food for examble. We did not meet the staff and didnt get any maintenace or really quidance on anything, so i think this was more like Airbnb. Ofcourse we could have asked for help if needed but again, we manage without and didnt really know what to ask in advance.

Positive: Lovely spacious and comfortable house. Nice touches such as bottles of water, a bottle of wine in fridge on arrival along with a bowl of nectarines. Maria responded very quickly to any queries we had. Visited with my son who works in Rhodes so it was nice to get away from Rhodes centre for a few days.

Negative: Grass around the pool area needed strimming.

Positive: We had a wunderful stay. Maria is very kind and helpful. She was always available for questions. The check in was very easy. The house is very spacious. We loved the pool and the privacy. The house is perfect for a "chilly day" at home. We also rented a car with the help of Maria, very problem-free.🤗

The house is well-equipped and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. Special thanks to Maria for her kindness, attentiveness, and care. She was always available and helpful whenever we had questions, yet never intrusive in any way. We would also like to mention her wonderful father — a genuinely kind, thoughtful, and hospitable man. He was always respectful of our privacy and, just like Maria, never showed up at the house unnecessarily, which made our stay even more relaxing and comfortable. Positive: Maria contacted us before the trip and we discussed everything. He was very kind, friendly and helpful throughout, we highly recommend him to everyone. The accommodation is very nice as in the pictures, we enjoyed the pool and there were very good restaurants nearby. The nearby beach is not developed, but at least it is close. It is worth renting a car and visiting the beaches on the east side. Look for Mária in relation to a car, for a good opportunity. Don't worry about the planes. Thank you for everything Maria! 🙂

Positive: It is the nicest vila in the city. The pool is very nice and lot of balconies included. You can chill on the sunbeds or use the grill for a dinner. The owner Maria is very sweet and there was also a possibility to rent a car through her company for a very great price.

Negative: There is some noise from the airplanes, but since there is no flying during night it didn't bother us. Also it is fun experience to watch the planes fly during the day 🙂

Positive: Very nice house with an excellent, very service minded owner. All three bedrooms have balconies and very efficient ac. Location is good 10 minutes from airport. 5 minutes walk to a pebble beach and 5-10 minutes walk to the small centre with supermarket and a few restaurants. The living room and kitchen area is nice and have all amenities needed. The highlight on hot days and nights is the very nice pool that was perfect for both kids and adults. And finally the owner was very service minded , arranged for rental car (recommended) that was delivered and picked up at the house. She also gave good tips on what to do and see on the island.

Negative: It did not disturb us but it is close to the airport so you hear and see the planes. Excellent for planespotting tough.

Summary: Nice comfortable house with lovely pool!

Positive: Our family of four had a wonderful stay here! The owners were very helpful and communication was excellent before, during, and after our stay. We had absolutely no issues. The property was very clean and the pool was perfect! It was a very easy walk to town where you could find delicious restaurants, bars, and a supermarket. Everyone in the town was super nice too. The beach is also just a short easy walk away.
