Positive: We had the room with the private spa, which was amazing. Dinner and breakfast were also included. Both were excellent. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Amazing experience, thank you.

Positive: the food was great and the property was very interesting with interesting exhibits. the public bath as also large and well maintained.
Negative: Our room was a little dated with no view at all. However this was probably due to the attractive offer we got from a Japanese travel platform.
Summary: Nice stay on way from Nagasaki to Fukuoka. Great food. We enjoyed the shabu shabu in tofu broth.

Positive: Well maintained, beautiful in a traditional Japanese way. The rooftop onsen was really scenic and the rooms offered plenty of space and amenities.
Negative: It’s very remote and there doesn’t seem to be much to do there but we knew this when booking.

Positive: The view from the room is remarkable. All the staff is very nice.
Negative: I booked a room with private onsen. However, the changing room is in the room, but the shower is outside next to the onsen. Since it's winter, I have to walk through the cold to shower outside before enjoying the onsen. แปลบท
