The house offers a limited number of spacious rooms, suites and apartments, individually furnished with high-quality materials, comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Positive: Wonderful vibe. Staff arranged to let us in and show us around when we arrived then gave us our keys and it was great that we had a shared living (coffee, snacks,tea, wine, water & beer ) and adjacent to our private room with private bathroom.

Negative: Nothing .it was all great!

Summary: Perfect quiet location close to everything-very central. Nice restaurants walkable distance away.

Positive: The property is in a great location, making it very convenient to explore the city. Being family-owned and managed gives it such a warm, personal touch that you don’t often find in larger hotels. From the cosy bar to the thoughtful coffee setup, every little detail made it feel homely and welcoming. I especially appreciated their honesty and attentiveness — I accidentally left my earring in the room, and when we returned to collect our luggage, they had safely kept it for me. A lovely stay overall.

Positive: We were a party of 7,so we booked 3 rooms. We were pleasantly surprised when the triple room was an entire huge apartment with a spacious kitchen and 2 bedrooms and a living room! The other two rooms (double)were very comfortable as well,and the whole place felt very homely. Especially since we had to spend more time on the property than expected due to the extremely low temperatures of the period we visited. Every chance we had to speak with people working there ,they were extremely polite,very fluent in English so the communication was very good. Overall everything went smoothly and the rooms were very warm as well considering how cold it was outside.

Positive: Honestly everything! Konstanze and Michel were so wonderful in welcoming us and the apartment was delightful. Beautifully appointed and thoughtful service. Fabulous location in the University district.
