Positive: The property was really nice. Good sized room with good facilities - nice area for cooking and preparing food, good aircon and tv. The location was close to town and walk to the river. The taxis are good value to get to Los rapidos which we strongly recommend! We enjoyed our stay here and had everything we needed.
Negative: The only slight issue we had was a dog on the property barking outside a lot on one of the three nights we stayed. It did resolve the following night so it is likely this was a one off.

Positive: The apartment is well-located near the main square, close to the lagun and easy to find. The apartment is small, but has everything what you need for an overnight stay. An open kitchen has a table and 4 chairs, and is well-equipped, maybe a sharp knife would be useful to have there, too. The shops are nearby in the same street, so you can easily make breakfast for yourself. The apartment is clean, modern, very comfortable bed and very friendly owners. Everything was how we expected or even better. :)
Negative: The apartment is in a city centre which makes the location really good as it's close to everything, but it also means it's quite noisy during the night. It didn't bother us much, though, as we are already used to the noise in Mexico, and it wasn't anything unusual in this apartment. So it's not really a fault or what owner can fix - it just comes along when having an apartment in a lively street.
