Positive: Absolutely one of my favourite hotels in the world! For the lovely living room feel in their restaurant/ bar/ library! It’s such a lovely melting pot of cultures in one area! The view from the room is stunning! Loved their spa and heated pool! The breakfast was memorable! More like a brunch! The staff are amazing! NUTSA was everywhere and helped us checkin and arrange a car for the monastery! Lika was lovely at checkout! Levan was there this year again and it was lovely to see him!

Negative: There is actually nothing to dislike about the Rooms Hotel! Maybe just the road leading up to the hotel is in very bad shape! Also they could give guest a choice of TV’s in the rooms! Some can have TV’s! There was no TV!

Summary: We absolutely love The Rooms Kazbegi! Will be back soon to our favourite hotel!

Positive: Everything was amazing. The staff was nice, the food was just amazing. Very beautiful hotel and facilities. I will come again for sure!!

Negative: Pillows were not comfortable and the air is very dry because of the heating I guess. Would be great if this can be fixed somehow

Positive: Our stay in Rooms hotel was relaxing and cool, little snow dropped during our stay which made the scene out of our balcony very majestic, they also have a good hot chocolate downstairs which is the best to have in such weather. 10/10 for the beautiful view.

Negative: 1. Forrest view isn’t the best, I booked through booking thinking it will be better than city view, however forrest view is just a very close huge mountain with another part of the hotel rooftop which made it like a normal view, I had to upgrade and pay extra to move to the next side which is waaaay better and worth it. 2. Room service could be better, I noticed that they didn’t change the bed sheet, and they took some towels without replacing with a new one’s, also didn’t add new black coffee or tea bags after running out of them 3. The rooms MUST have a renovation as they are very dark with low lights, poor structure and exposed balconies 4. There is not much to do around the hotel, the closest shops were 10 minutes walking downhill but all were closed due to Christmas, almost all activities around are shut down for some reason the only trip we did was to the monastery uphill and it was worth it, also note that after the sunset the city becomes empty and some street lights aren’t working so it becomes very dark (still safe tho,saw a lot of police cars going around)
