Positive: Everything was amazing. The staff was nice, the food was just amazing. Very beautiful hotel and facilities. I will come again for sure!!

Negative: Pillows were not comfortable and the air is very dry because of the heating I guess. Would be great if this can be fixed somehow

Positive: Our stay in Rooms hotel was relaxing and cool, little snow dropped during our stay which made the scene out of our balcony very majestic, they also have a good hot chocolate downstairs which is the best to have in such weather. 10/10 for the beautiful view.

Negative: 1. Forrest view isn’t the best, I booked through booking thinking it will be better than city view, however forrest view is just a very close huge mountain with another part of the hotel rooftop which made it like a normal view, I had to upgrade and pay extra to move to the next side which is waaaay better and worth it. 2. Room service could be better, I noticed that they didn’t change the bed sheet, and they took some towels without replacing with a new one’s, also didn’t add new black coffee or tea bags after running out of them 3. The rooms MUST have a renovation as they are very dark with low lights, poor structure and exposed balconies 4. There is not much to do around the hotel, the closest shops were 10 minutes walking downhill but all were closed due to Christmas, almost all activities around are shut down for some reason the only trip we did was to the monastery uphill and it was worth it, also note that after the sunset the city becomes empty and some street lights aren’t working so it becomes very dark (still safe tho,saw a lot of police cars going around)

Positive: Interior was great, food was tasty, great SPA, and the views was amazing.

Negative: No TV in the rooms, no wardrobe in the room, no night/evening activities in site, specific tea not everyone would prefer.

Summary: Overall our stay was good but due to weather conditions we couldnt ho skiing as planned and bcs hotel didnt have enough

Positive: The view is nice. And it only makes sense to book the rooms with the Mountain View. The restaurant was nice as well, though there are no much Georgian food available.

Negative: The rooms were not cleaned properly, there was a spider nest in our room. Additionally, this hotel has zero noice cancellation. We were able to hear that our only neighbor wakes up at 7AM and does Duolingo first thing in the morning. We have booked almost the highest category of the room, but firstly was placed at the corner room, which was extremely cold. Then after failing to put the heating on in our room, they have asked us to go to another room, which was on a different floor, and no one helped us with the luggage. The new room we have been provided with had a view of a cemetery as well. The breakfast is served in a quite narrow space for full house. There were only limited options provided. And there was a stray dog inside the restaurant one morning! There was no Corkscrew on our new room as well, and the hotel staff took more than one and half hour to bring it to us. The property is much overpriced. The quality, the service and the attitude provided do not match with the price we have paid for the stay. I would personally recommend to explore other nearby properties and just go to the rooms for lunch.
