Positive: Everything about it: Easy to find, near Bus Stop. Spacious, Super Clean and Tidy. Clear Useful Signs. Homely details. No expense spared nice quality fittings especially the lovely Shower. Tea 🍵 and Coffee ☕️ available. Ready to receive guests in all weather: portable heater and ceiling fan. Wasn't expecting Clean fluffy towels and courtesy bottle of water. Bravo!!

Positive: There is nothing to fault about this place. Very clean, has all the basics that you need, amazing value for money and for us location is perfect as we have family near by and always need somewhere to stay. Add bonus is being able to park off the road. Will 100% be back again!

Positive: Simple succinct and great communication from the property. Very nice place, very clean, basic but everything I needed. Great location for travelling within Sutton and wider areas. There is a Greek cafe / restaurant (Greek Land) a 5-10 minute walk away from the property and is excellent. I will be staying here again in the future. It's highly recommended. Although more suited to a solo traveller than a couple IMHO.

Negative: The bed was extremely low and was surrounded with wood. This wouldn't normally be an issue but I have a bad back at the moment so struggled to get comfy. Certainly no fault of the property.

Summary: Fantastic little flat in a great location. Very high level of finish
