Positive: everything with room was good, bed was realy comfortable and the facilities more than expected

Negative: the problem i had was a parking ticket for parking on the road as close as i could get to the house as other cars were parked in the spaces outside the house. there were no signs, double yellows lines or anything to make me aware of any restrictions. i also wasnt told by the owner of said house of any problems when parking so i thought it was ok to park there as everybody else did also there was a car parked in exactly the same place i parked over night and the following morning no parking ticket was attached to that car!!! so be careful when staying at this place.

Positive: This was a lovely room with everything we needed in terms of crockery, cutlery, a microwave, fridge and yummy snacks there waiting for us. It felt very personal - the views were great and parking easy.

Positive: excellent room, facilities great, tea and coffee, biscuits and chocolate. mini fridge and microwave. great views from window with table and chairs. bathroom very clean, and spacious, bed really comfortable, bed sheets etc clean and fresh. overall, a great stay, and i highly recommend this place. looking forward to staying again.
