Positive: Minimal but 100% functional. Very good comfort, no amenities, but nice style. Perfect for family and for not too short stays: everything available to leave, cook, wash, ect ...

Negative: The entrance (from the courtyard) and the windows of the bedroom on the street shadowed by a shutter are the weak points.

Summary: Functionality is a nice style on hist own.

Positive: Paolo is an extremely welcoming and helpful host. He went above and beyond to share all the information that we needed about key attractions in Turin, restaurants, transportation (centrum is very easily reachable from his apartment) and even very useful information about our next stop in France. You can see that he likes what he's doing and he is a great host.

Positive: Paolo(host) took very good care of us. He made sure we know how to reach the property, gave us advice on what to see in Turin and even wrote to us before our visit to make sure we manage to book the tickets to all the busy museums. Exceptional host! The property itself was clean and very well equipped. I think it's the best equipment property I've ever been to, it featured every "nice-to-have" we could've thought of and couple of we didn't even think of(one-time slippers were such a pleasant surprise)!

Negative: The only cons of the room 33 is no smart TV - I imagine it might be a cons for someone, it wasn't for us :). All of the opinions about the room having thin walls are true, except.. the street is pretty dead in the night, so we had no troubles sleeping, never woke up at night(and we have quite sensitive sleep).

Summary: 10/10, would visit again
