Built in 2016, this tidy little getaway is perfect for couples or small families or 2 couples. 2 long single (aka split king) beds and kids toys are provided.

This cute little property is a 5 minute walk from Lake Victoria and a 5 minute drive from 90 Mile Beach, both are beautiful and great swimming spots. There are terrific BBQ areas in The Lakes National Park nearby and on the Lake Victoria foreshore. Kids may also enjoy visiting the local playground or skate bowl.

The provided portable air conditioner and heater are more than adequate for maintaining a comfortable temperature in the property, provided the aircon is switched on before it gets hot.

The property is fully fenced and pets are welcome to stay it is simply requested that guests clean up any mess that their fur babies make. Pet bowls are provided. Toilet trained pets only please.

While staying at this property you can feel free to bring records or your iPod to play, read, play board games, or choose to watch DVDs from the extensive video library. While linen and towels are not provided, we do offer other essentials such as tea, coffee and sugar.

Summary: My dog and I had a lovely stay at roo view, I did have to go buy a mosquito candle. The backyard was secure and my gsd enjoyed watching the kangaroos. It was clean comfortable and had good water pressure in the shower.

Summary: This is a very comfortable little cottage, well appointed I must say however, they don't supply bathrooms towels. I found this quite strange, as they supplied everything else.We have stayed in many places, and haven;t experienced this before. Our stay however was lovely and very appreciated

Summary: We had a lovely stay, the house had everything we needed & more. Travelled with our 4 year old son and our fur baby perfect set up for our son and fully fenced for our dog which was great. We got to see kangaroos in the vacant lot everyday which was beautiful Great house if your travelling with kids and dogs. Thank you Definitely will stay again.

Summary: Great location walking distance to the lake and walking track, and a short drive to 90 mile beach. We had a lovely stay - the property is a basic beach house but really has everything you need. Very pet friendly with the fence surrounding and close to lots of dog friendly swimming and walk options.

Summary: This would be good for a family with little kiddies, the bunks in bedroom 2 are too small for adults but well suited to children. Caters well for the little ones, they would have so much to entertain them with toys and DVD's. Nice clean bathroom, well equipped kitchen

Summary: July/Aug not the best time to be there, heating wasnt adequate . But on whole enjoyable for us both and our golden.

Summary: We had a lovely, quiet break. A comfortable ,fun beach house situated between both Lake and 90 mile beach. The style of fun decoration appealed to us, well equipped for us to self cater and look after ourselves most of the time. If we were staying longer we would have liked somewhere comfortable to sit outside. And yes we did have some lovely close up Roo views at early moring and dusk.
