Positive: Very nice and helpful owner. Very pleasant rooms in a remote location of north Italy. Freshly done up. Definetly would return.

Negative: The rooms are not sound proof, and we were in "apartment" with shared kitchen with two separate rooms. First night when we were alone it was perfect. second night we had someone in the second room, and we could hear absolutely anything. Its not that it was very bad, but we were not ready for it:)
