Positive: Great location, only 4 mins walk from Trastevere, maybe 6 mins stroll from Pantheon, Campo di Fiori etc. Rooms spotless, plenty of space, a shower AND a jacuzzi - hadn't spotted that when I booked - a safe, an iron etc. Not bad at night re noise - it's inside a beautiful old building and courtyard - you will hear the traffic in the morning. Not a problem if you're up and about early doing tourist stuff. The booking was at really short notice after I'd been scammed by an alternative provider here on Booking - short version: for any shortcomings it has, I was hugely grateful to find somewhere central (and to get access) at late notice on a Roman evening when I was stuck with no accommodation. The out-of-hours communication for access was superb. It saved the day.

Negative: As above - given the unplanned & stressful situation - I'm hugely grateful to them. The only downside (as regards a repeat stay) is the property is ground level but, because you descend steps into it, feels more like a basement. There's very little natural light, so you do feel underground. No problem for sleeping, but you probably wouldn't spend a rainy day there reading your book.

Positive: I liked the bathtub, the location. The bed was nice. Internet good. The place was made cosy with candles (but no lighter or matches to get use of them)

Negative: There were no cooking options, no plates or cutlery. Comment for the owner; the water is leaking out of the shower on the floor outside and out towards the door.

Positive: The location is excellent, to 10-20 minutes walking distance from many attractions. It is nice to chill a bit in the tub after all the walking around. We could enter the property using a website, which was very useful, since we arrived very late at night.

Negative: The pillows were a bit too big and could be softer.
