Positive: Everything. Christian, the owner, was a great guy really helpful. Great location so close to amazing restaurants and coffee shops. Apartment was exceptional really comfy and clean with all amenities you will need.

Positive: Where do I start? Location is superb, right across from the beach. Plenty of eateries. The apartment was impeccably clean, spacious & has everything you need. Christian, the owner , was very helpful, friendly & went above & beyond to make our stay comfortable. He speaks great English which is a bonus. Would definitely recommend if you want to stay not in the centre of Rome & want to be close to the airport. I’ll be back for sure x

Positive: Christian our host was wonderful! He was very attentive and offered lots of great suggestions and information on the area. The location was wonderful, we’d love to experience Lido di Ostia in the summertime, our stay was in the end of March and this would be a really vibrant place in the summer. The apartment was very clean, the beds were very comfortable, and it was relatively quiet. There is a beautiful sea view from the balcony. The area felt very safe.

Positive: Good location and wonderful views of the beach. The host was also helpful in getting us settled.

Negative: Shower drains backed up, mold in shower grout, floors not clean. The room lacked general cleaning, dusting, and scrubbing in sinks and bath areas.

Summary: It would have been a much better value if it was cleaner and had working shower drain.

Positive: Great location and sea view, Christian was very helpful to us and as our flight was very early he was able to arrange early check-in. Parking is on the road side, it can be a challenge to find a place during the day but evenings its no problem. Security is very high with three locked doors to get into the accommodation from the roadside. The location of the accommodation is excellent, with a sea view, restaurants, bars and shops are all close by, all in all an excellent stay - recommended.
