Built in 2018 , arguably one of the most beautiful villas in Kalamaki area, and has many qualities one would expect from a luxury residence.It boasts 3 bedrooms with private bathrooms on all of them ,a living room,a dining area,, with high ceilings and an impressive balcony out of stone with a great atmosphere.
The villa is set among greenery with view of the mountains , with a swimming pool , and decades old trees and beautiful garden (including an area with home ingredients if you intent to use to your cooking).It has been tastefully build to a very high standard.

Lounge and dining area with large windows to witness the full view of the garden and the pool.The marble fireplace and a large TV .A king size bedroom with view and connection to the stone balcony a tv and its own bathroom.

The villa sits right in the middle of the propert with a secluded feel, being separated from the road and other properties by mature trees.A variety of shrubs and hedges,,flowers and lawns, a banana tree and much more greenery.

Summary: Very nice new villa with courteous host familiy. If you pay attention to cleanliness you are right to book this. Generous pool and wonderful garden complete the impression. You need a car to make excursions or drive to the beaches.

Summary: If you are looking for the perfect stay, please choose the Romanza Villa. Such a wonderful family, we were made welcome from the moment they collected us from the airport. We were shown around the villa and made to feel so welcome. We were there for my sons wedding and Mrs Pappas had made wedding themed cupcakes and decorated the outside area with hearts and voile. Just over and above what we expected. The villa was spotless and cleaned daily. Everything was just perfect and we would like to thank the Pappas family for making our stay so amazing. We would love to come back one day. Thank you again - Annabelle, Darren, Zoe, Tom, Julie and Tom and Jenny 💖

Summary: We stayed in the villa from 30/06/2019 until the 07/07/2019. The villa was fantastic and worth every penny. The owners where extremely accommodating and helpful. We were collected from the airport and taken to the villa and shown around. The villa was cleaned every day and fresh towels provided. We would recommend the villa to anyone that wants that little bit of luxury at a fantastic price. Thanks to the Pappas Family for a great experience Martin, Matthew, Tracey & Nigel United Kingdom
