Set amongst 20 acres of private vineyard, Lovedale Lakehouse is a contemporary adults only house located on a private lake with sensational views over the vineyards. The Lakehouse caters for up to 6 guests in comfort and style, offering three large king bedrooms, all with their own bathrooms plus reverse-cycle air conditioning units. The Lakehouse can also be booked as a two bedroom stay, with the remaining bedroom unoccupied during these bookings.
The vaulted ceilings and highlight windows in the open-plan living area create a sense of space and light. The lounge features genuine leather sofas and views towards the Brokenback Range, including comforts such as Foxtel, free Wi-Fi, DVD player, 65" LCD television and Hi-Fi system with Bluetooth connectivity. An adjoining fireplace snug has an inbuilt Spanish Bronpi fireplace with comfortable tub chairs. Large bi-fold windows overlook the lake where a seated bar area takes advantage of the views.
The adjoining dining area comfortably seats 6 adjacent to the generous and fully equipped kitchen complete with stainless steel appliances, Smeg gas cooktop & electric oven.

Summary: A beautiful property to stay, very relaxing, lots of room. Loved the Kangaroo's around all the time. Close to all the wineries. Would stay again and have told lots of family and friends about how great it was.

Summary: Excellent location beside a lake. The accommodation is located at the back of the vineyard and is quiet and peaceful The lake had pelicans and Black Swans and Kangaroos roaming through the vineyard. Great place for a weekend away

Summary: Very impressed with our stay at The Lake House @ 201. Sleeping & bathroom facilities were perfect for our group of 3 x couples. The only negative was the lack of rubbish removal. No bins provided outside the house. All rubbish had to be deposited on opposite side of the lake on the property near the shed. Other than that, excellent accommodation.

Summary: Next to a stunning little private lake set amongst the vines (and roses) sits this beautifully presented house. Modern, spotlessly clean well set out makes it very easy to relax and get away from it all. Absolutely loved it and will certainly be back.

Summary: Such a beautiful place. Was a great size for myself and my bridesmaids to get ready. Everyone had their own bathroom to use which made our lives so much easier. Will be staying again!!

Summary: The property was in a lovely location, very private and quiet. Could not fault cleanliness and presentation. Kitchen very well equipped. Nice touches eg quality tea, coffee. Breakfast pack was well worth the money. A very enjoyable break.
