The Villa is spacious air-conditioned one-bedroom with tile floors throughout. Full wall glass windows and doors are the only things that separate the living and dining areas from the pool deck and the private swimming pool. Opening the drapes provides stunning beach, lagoon and ocean views. Opening the doors provides a sea breeze. The kitchen is supplied with drinkable water. It has granite counter tops and includes a refrigerator, range, oven, dishwasher, microwave, tea-coffee maker. China glassware for the dining room, and plastic glassware for the pool area, are provided. The living room is provided with sofa, television and internet access.

The bedroom has king size bed, air conditioning and a clothes dresser. The closet has a safety deposit box and full length mirror doors. There are opaque glass doors between the bedroom and both the living room and the bathroom. The bathroom has a shower. There is also a separate large tub with a roof skylight over the tub, giving the bathroom a secluded but natural feeling. The bathroom walls are natural stone and the sink counter top is granite adding to the outdoors feel.

Summary: Villa #1 - Beautiful Beach Front! Private, Quiet and Secluded. Villa is beautifully appointed, everything that you want for a great stay right on the beach in Koh Lanta. Coconut Bay restaurant and Moonlight restaurant provide excellent dining opportunities just a few steps away. Plunge pool and communal pool were great places to spend the quiet hours of our vacation.

Summary: The condo on Ko Lanta was perfect. It is located on a small, private and very beautiful bay. Once we rented a motorbike there was easy access to everything we needed. I would suggest to the owners that they ask the resort across the little lagoon to tidy up the debri on their side as it rather mars the view from the condo deck.

Summary: Stayed for a week in Jan, the villa was excellent in everyway, from booking, directions, checking and out all just so easy and professional. As for the villa well it was even better than the photos, well equipped, modern and the plunge pool was great after a day out, we are going to return in Dec.
