Summary: We would like to formally express our dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Unfortunately, several issues prevented us from having the experience we expected from a 4-star establishment. Klaus Room: • The sheets were damp, and hot water heatet was not working upon arrival. Bo Room • The toilet door could not be closed; although the reception eventually fixed this, it should not have been an issue in the first place. • The showerhead was not functioning correctly, and the shower cabin was of very poor standard. • Our room was missing a luggage rack, which made the stay less comfortable. Restaurant (Dinner): • Extremely loud music made it impossible to have a proper conversation. • Despite having booked a table in advance, the staff were not prepared for our arrival. The restaurant was nearly empty, yet we were only given two menus for four people and had to ask for more. • The candle on our table was not lit. • The waiters appeared inattentive and unprofessional, with some walking around with their hands in their pockets. • We had purchased two bottles of wine, but when one of our guests ordered an additional glass of wine, it took 15 minutes to be served. • Overall, the level of service in the restaurant was extremely poor and far below the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. Breakfast: On a positive note, the breakfast service was excellent, and the lady attending the breakfast area was very kind and professional. Summary: Unfortunately disappointing

Summary: Toiles at the lobby were terrible, fridge at the room super dirty, service very average and the place is quite down, needs renovation immediately

Summary: Hotel was ok, needs a little update, beds really comfortable, rooms dark with aircondioning not able to adjust . Location was good and accessible. Reception staff were helpful. Bar and restaurant very slow service.

Summary: Nice hotel, fantastic service and very nice beach 2 minutes away, which was also less crowded than expected and with great seafood at tbe beach club. Nice pool area too Hotel rooms are a little old and wifi reception unreliable outside of the room Service from the staff was absolutely brilliant

Summary: Our family had an amazing experience at Romano. The staff was incredible. From the front desk to the bar tender. Everyone was so kind to my family. The rooms were great. The pool was beautiful. Getting into town was easy. We miss our time at the Romano.

Summary: We liked our stay, however, the bathroom had only scolding hot water. They fixed it the next day but it was lukewarm. The bathroom was also missing a door. The breakfast was GREAT! Champagne included in the buffet and the food was wonderful. I would go again.

Summary: We sat at the pool and the music was so lound that we could not speak and we were just the two of us. The hotel itself really needs an upgrade. The property is nice and well maintained but the room not so much. The fire alarm in room 107 was constantly flashing every minute or so during the night...we did not appreciate. The staff was very nice and respectfull.
