Positive: Perfect location, perfect apartment, and perfect host! Michele’s communication was excellent. He met us when we arrived early, shared espressos, cappuccinos and let us drop our things off early into the apartment. It was a lovely stay-highly recommend!

Positive: The apartment with two bathrooms is located in the courtyard of a high-quality apartment building in the city center. The building has an elevator, and the apartment is on the 5th floor. The apartment is airy, with an emphasis on quality and a wealth of amenities. The kitchen is fully equipped for cooking (we didn't use it), and there are high-quality mattresses, bedding, and towels. Michele was an extremely helpful host and took an interest in his guests throughout our week-long stay. We appreciated his advice and tried out the restaurants he recommended. Everything was perfect!

Positive: Comfortable apartment in a fabulous location. Our host Michele met us on site and took time to introduce us to the apartment and give us lots of good local tips - he also provides amazing, detailed books of information on things to do, where to eat, transportation etc. as well on the apartment and appliances (and a separate 5 day guide to Rome), all of which could be downloaded to our phones with a QR code so we had them available whilst out exploring. We dined each night at restaurants he had recommended - each recommendation comes with a short comment on what the place offers - and all three were great meals. We hope to return in future.

Positive: The property is immaculate. It is located in a great location, close to Trevi Fountain and Piazza Navona etc. Amenities are great - including small things like shower cap. Michele is an excellent host, he went above and beyond and organised all our transportation.

Positive: I can't think of a better place to stay for exploring Rome. The location is fantastic. The mattresses are amazing. You can walk anywhere. The apartment is spacious enough for four people, and you have everything you need. Michele is a wonderful host. Follow his restaurant recommendations. We already know where we will be staying on our next trip to Rome.

Positive: The owner, Michele was friendly and hospitable. I appreciated that he shared many information about Rome. The little details like handwash (in all bathroom), trash bag, washing detergent, bath gel, shampoo are something you do not always find in other apartment. Too much vino in my meals that the welcome gift, bottle of organic vino I had to take to my next stop. About the location, the apartment was just 150m away from the footbridge near Tiber River. There are many groceries and pharmacies, with one about 180m, turn right at entrance and right again after carpark barrier. Piazza Farnese is 350m away with a lot of restaurants and I had 2 takeaway dinner. Thanks for the assistance rendered during the stay.
