Positive: Nice quiet location, nice property

Negative: Wifi was poor and needed for TV which affected other devices. Hottub cover blew off as only 1 clasp to secure it which meant hottub temperature dropped significantly overnight which when you have paid £50 for 2 1/2 days use, is disappointing, especially when the accommodation is over £300 per night.

Positive: Quiet, beautiful location, overlooking a field with two horses. The hottub was so relaxing! Modern, tastful decor, with lovely fixtures and fittings. Good quality linen and towels. Well equipped, modern kitchen. Two comfortable seating areas with TVs.

Positive: The house was beautifully presented, it was in very good condition with lovely views. The host was very responsive.

Negative: The access to the drive was very tight for a large car. A van would struggle to get in. The dishwasher cabinet door was ill fitted and the skirting would fall every time you closed the door. The cutlery basket is not the right one for the brand and so half of the lower tray is not usable for dishes. There is no coffee pot or caffetier, which is a little disappointing given the cost to provide one. This property is not an easy journey to Salisbury, it’s tucked away in a little village, and you will need a car. Although it is advertised with a hot tub, there is an additional fee. The cost for the property is already on the high side, the hot tub fee seems unnecessary, especially if it is attracting people looking for this item.

Summary: This is a beautiful house, but there are a few little things that are lacking that would make this an outstanding proper

Positive: Lovely property in a lovely location. Had all that you needed and more within the accommodation. Lovely views out and quiet. Kitchen had all utensils and a good range of saucepans, cutlery, crockery, glasses etc. Bedrooms comfortable and provided a goodnights sleep. Towels were provided for bathroom use and for hot tub if paid for. Underfloor heating a nice bonus as was the log burner. Would recommend the woodfalls inn for food/drink. Sunday roast was lovely with great service.

Negative: WiFi hit and miss. Need own personnel log in to access TV for Netflix, amazon, Disney etc. TV kept cutting out may need some booster box. Hot tub had no bubbles and no way to change programme and an additional cost. Need a long length mirror in at least one of the bedrooms. Some tired paintwork in areas and stains on furniture. Dishwasher door heavy on release and fridge very cold some items semi frozen.

Positive: I loved the decor, modern and beautiful. The layout was lovely and every room was spacious it was hard to choose which room was the nicest. Under floor heating was a treat and made the house so cozy.
