Roebil House is in a fantastic location. Located right in the heart of town, in and amongst the shopping and restaurant precinct. Come and stay in comfort ... with that flash of retro. Roebil House is a charming sandstone period home, that has been furnished with style, reflecting it's era.
Only a few short minutes walk to all things central. Including:
- 200m to Shops & Restaurants
- 350m to Cinema
- 600m to Train Station
- 500m to Hospital
- 1.5km to Lake Pertobe Adventure Playground
- 1.5km to Flagstaff Hill Maritime Village

3 Bedrooms - Sleeps 6. The main bedroom is a Queen bed, the 2nd room has a Brass Double bed, and the 3rd bedroom has 2 Single beds, one of which is a King single. All linen & towels are provided, which is inclusive in the price. All bedrooms are large with their own wardrobe.
Perfect accommodation for friends and/or family. We have been hosting guests for over 10 years now, we keep improving the property and are pleased that people keep on coming back year after year.

Summary: Three very comfortable bedrooms in a central but surprisingly quiet spot. We enjoyed the old style furnishings and appropriate collections in the rooms. Would stay again.

Summary: The steps from the foot path to the house yard are badly damaged and are dangerous to walk on. The walls inside are badly cracked and there was mould on the bathroom and toilet ceilings. Old cobwebs in the bathroom, lounge and laundry area.

Summary: A cute little house close to town. Comfy, clean and perfect for what we wanted. Parking at front or rear which was great for us having two cars. Walking distance to centre of town for shops and restaurants. Going in winter and being an older house we worried it would be cold BUT the living room fire was amazing and each room had a heater and electric blanket.

Summary: The house was quirky and the lounge room had a wonderful gas heater which was lovely and cozy to spend time in at night. There was a great Pub 200 meters away with fabulous food.
