Positive: Almost all was great: clean and cozy apartment in the new building, excellent view of the city from the balcony, calm green area nearby, comfy parking spot under the building. Easy and fast access to any part of the city (by car).

Negative: The coffee machine is slowly leaking, so you shouldn't leave water inside. No mosquito nets on windows, even in the bathroom (and it's the only legal way to ventilate in Cyprus), so we've met some "visitors". Two of a four nights there was a noisy party in a neighboring building till 4am, and it was clearly heard even with all windows closed (that's why 9, not 10)

Positive: Everything was perfect but the Balcony view was the bonus of our stay! We were here for EUC appointments . Its 6-7 min walking there .

Negative: I really cant find something bad... If I HAVE to find something to say , I would say that hot water takes some time to come . There is a water waste here ...

Summary: Incredible stay more than our expectations. If that apartment is not a 10/10 then no other is !

Positive: Absolutely wonderful flat, very clean and had all the amenities needed. Covered parking included which was great in the summer heat and good location close to all the main attractions and destinations in Nicosia, as well as the highway. Very kind and friendly host. Would definitely stay again!
