Summary: Check-in and check-out were both quick and easy, and the staff was extremely friendly throughout my stay. The bed was very comfortable, the pillows were soft, and the AC worked great and kept the room very cold. Hot shower was great. The internet worked well, the TV had plenty of viewing options, and parking directly in front of the room was very convenient. Overall, the stay was comfortable and reasonably priced for what was offered. Unfortunately, there were several cleanliness and maintenance issues. The room had a musty odor, dead bugs in multiple areas, cobwebs on the walls, and more bugs inside the light fixtures. The baseboard tile was falling off, the floors had stains, and there appeared to be used removable eyelashes left in one of the drawers. The coffee carafe was used and unwashed for quite some time. There were also several maintenance concerns: the front door would not manually latch from the inside for added security, the sink and toilet both leaked, the sofa had noticeable stains, and there was a hole in the restroom ceiling. One of the fire sprinkler heads was oddly wrapped in what looked like toilet paper, which was concerning. The bathtub also had a large circular stain. The hotel advertised free breakfast, but I did not see anything available around 6:30 a.m. It may have started later, so I can’t fully fault them for that. Overall I would likely stay there again since I only used it to sleep and shower.

Summary: This is a great old-style motel. Great Value. Very clean. Management is very nice and accommodating. Comfortable beds. Easy access and safe parking.

Summary: Arrived at Hotel around 10 pm - Office locked up. I called and they said key was under the mat. Lifted mat and about 6 other room keys were underneath there as well.

Summary: This is a really nice place to stay. Very clean. Nice kitchenette/bathroom set up. It's so convenient from I-35 and it is a great value. Safe parking.
