Summary: A shabby hotel in a gim and decrepit area, but the room was clean, the staff was nice and,, and everything worked - hot water, AC, refrigerater, etc. However it was supposed to have WiFi in the room and the WiFi did not reach mine. With so many things requiring online access these days, this is important. And WiFi extenders are so cheap now there's really no excuse for it.
