Positive: The rooms were clean with lots of space and lots of outlets. The breakfast was simple but good.

Negative: There is no elevator, the walls seemed a bit thin since we could hear others in the hall or their room and there was no shower curtain.

Summary: Friendly staff, good breakfast and clean rooms. Perfectly adequate for our overnight stay.

Positive: Beds were comfortable. A little bit of more space would have been appreciated to open 3 suitcases at the same.time Breskfast was better than expected. We expected cold continental but they also served sausages and omlettes

Negative: TV didnt work at all and the air conditioning unit leaked a little water

Negative: We found the floors were dirty, as not washed recently, and the towel bar in the bathroom needs repair. The TV remote doesn't control the TV programming. It was really hard to figure out how it worked, but we manually changed channels from the Bell receiver.

Positive: Location good for downtown and reversing rapids if you have a car. Close to shops and quiet at night. Staff were friendly and responsive to issues. Basic continental breakfast was a bonus

Negative: Basic offering in the room for the price paid. All clean and comfortable, but basic. A/C in room was a bit old and noisy .

Summary: Stay was ok, but price was more than we would expect for the level of rooms provided
