Summary: The closet was broken so it would not close, had to stuff tissues under it to keep it closed, there was no way to hang anything any way, no closet pole. A half inch long roach crawled out from the coffee pot tray on the sink counter when I moved it. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were terrible.

Summary: My first assigned room was in the middle of renovation. The second already had guests in it. If the woman at front desk was doing her job rather than interacting with children on a camera it would have taken less than the hour it did. Plus hotel smelled!

Summary: When we checked in got to our room went into the bathroom and it was crawling with roaches. I went to the front desk asked for another and was told none available. So i asked for house keeper to clean the bathroom at least and it was not done. If not so late and a no refund policy i was kinda stuck.

Summary: There were bugs in the room, the mini fridge was broken, the air conditioners didn’t work properly, was told the king suite I reserved would have a jet tub and it did not only a standing shower, no breakfast offered. There was 3 of us and only 2 sets of towels were provided even after asking for an additional set and personally leaving a note for housekeeping.

Summary: I'm not very picky person when it comes to staying hotels. But my room had not been cleaned very well since there was some money on the floor as well as an old cigarette butt. There's also lots of little bugs which may or may not be cockroaches in the bathroom. Not a place I'll be going back to.

Summary: First they tried to put us in a room with 2 queen beds when we booked a king room. Then none of the remotes worked to the tv's in the room. They did get one to work. Then this morning when i got up there were BUGS in the room. I was able to kill one and have a picture and also put it in a plastic bag. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Also when we went to check out there was a person sleeping under a chair on the landing in main lobby to second floor. Even with the person was at the desk right below them. Not a sight you want to see.
