Positive: Although this is a budget offering, the hotel value exceeds the cost. The staff was incredibly accommodating and friendly. The mattresses in the room were actually comfortable. They do a great job at keeping the rooms, common area and exterior clean. Breakfast is limited but with the price that was perfectly acceptable! I would stay here again instead of my usual stay just down the street at the more expensive motel.

Positive: Convenient & easy to find. Very clean & adequate for a quick stay.
Negative: The “breakfast” offered was very sub-par. The deals are very thin & you could hear your neighbors very clearly.
Summary: The hotel was adequate for a quick family visit and, if Red Oak had better choices, I wouldn’t stay there.

Negative: Mattress kept sliding off the bed. Also, Fitted sheet slipped off the corners of mattress and bunched under me while sleeping. The elastic in the corners was worn out. A bit more of a selection for breakfast would have been good
