Summary: Needs new mattresses in the worst way. I don't care about the furniture, I do care about comfortable beds. Change the top comforter you have had those same ones for 20 years. The cigarette holes scratch you. Maybe some nice lamps instead of stick on cheap battery operated light bulbs hanging off the wall
