Summary: Our room was clean, staff at check in and check out was very friendly and helpful. The breakfast is worth the stay. Waffles, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, toast, juice, milk, coffee and pastry options... Located near several other dining options both sit-down and fast food. Centrally located to river and other attractions. A/C very cold. They have a pool but we didn't use but looked nice. Only negative would be our sink leaked and we told staff. And shower water temperature would switch from cold to scalding hot unexpectedly. So be careful. Overall I would recommend

Summary: staff warmly welcomed us and our dog on a late night arrival. the room was comfortable enough, with good climate control and amenities, quiet throughout the night. there was however a large roach that had expired right in the middle of the floor upon entry, and the room did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned recently. decent overnight stop that served its purpose but wouldn’t stay longer.

Summary: We loved the Lone Star Inn. They were cute room, recently remodeled and super clean. The staff was so helpful. We would stay there again.

Summary: Bed was great. AC wasn't as noisy as most and kept us quite comfortable. Very clean. Well kept. No "freezer" in fridge and wasn't very cold even on high. I would stay again.
