Positive: Big property, beach , good food, cats, pool area

Negative: Very poor building quality in rooms even for Greece. A little outdated too. Wouldn’t say that this is a 5 star hotel, more like 3. First day ants were everywhere, even in the bed. Told the reception and they sprayed the room, but ants came back in the last day. The fridge wasnt working the whole time we stayed there, i mentioned it to the reception 2 times but nothing changed. Next time we will stay in some other hotel. Staff didnt really care much.

Positive: We stayed at the hotel as a family of four and booked one room. The room was large and spacious, and we were upgraded to a room with a private pool. The room was very clean, the beds were comfortable, and we really enjoyed our stay. The pools were clean and well organized. The staff was wonderful, as was the entertainment team. And there were lots of adorable cats everywhere, which we loved!

Negative: There was a good variety of food in the dining room, but unfortunately we didn’t really enjoy the taste

Positive: The property in general was ok, the room was well organized with a nice garden view, close to the main pool and beach. It had abundant food and drinks all over the place reminding me the same philosophy of the Turkish Hotels. The staff was gentle. To keep people entertained, almost each night they were organizing night shows.

Negative: The parking lot was almost full and very unorganized, if you would wake up late there was a huge possibility of not finding any place neither at the pool nor by the beach, as people would get up very early and get the sun-beds by putting their towels on them. The entertaining team was not on the top, always compared with what I have experienced through different hotels that I have stayed before. Some sporadic entertaining games were organized through the time but not enough to involve the majority of the guests. Sometimes the bartenders seemed pissed off and tired, mostly at the ice-cream corner. The room attendant would come just to fix the bed but never changed the sheets while a few times just one towel. The location was too far from the old town and there were no options where to go and pass the evening. The beach was sandy and would have to walk for many meters until the deep water could come.
