Negative: After a three hour drive, the family all needed to use the bathroom. The 10+ digit door code emailed previously did not work. I called booking.com and they provided a backup code. Also, that 10+ digit code didn't work. Called back booking and they gave the wrong code for the key box backup to the backup. Then they contacted the on-site person. On-site person text me a simple 4 digit code and it worked immediately and for the entirety of the trip. This process took over an hour in the snow trying wrong codes. The codes were way to long. The door would beep red indicating the wrong code after 6 digits max were entered. And the first Booking.com person was a complete jerk. She couldn't understand that I used my gmail to login and book the trip. Cross-site login is not a new concept. So the booking name was auto-populated with the name on gmail which is an abbreviated version of my name for security purposes. Although I had every single detail of the reservation, name, CC, address, phone, email, etc. She proceeded to give attitude and dance around for 15 minutes re-verifying while I'm standing in the cold trying incorrect codes. The local guy said this happens when its a reservation made within 48 hours of check in. Excuse us for planing a ski trip by ear depending on the amount of snow received/expected. Booking.com must do better because that was the worst experience ever.

Positive: love the twin/full bed set up in one room which is great for larger families!

Negative: The carpet did not appear to be freshly vacuumed and there was some yellow substance on comforter which attached to my clothing. Also, the fan in the same room made an irritating clicking noise however, a stand fan was also available.

Summary: It was very comfortable and easily housed 5 of us!
