Summary: Great stay but for a 5* hotel could pay more attention to the rooms. Dead insect on bedside table when we came in the room and the bathroom tv was not working. They did come and fix it but by the time we found out it was too late to use as we had things booked. So would advise to make sure rooms are checked over before guests arrived. Staff were lovely and attentive. Food and drinks were great. Spa was lovely.

Summary: The room was very nice. Spa facilities were great. Really enjoyed our time. Unfortunately the food was disappointing. Very limited evening menu. Breakfast menu had a good selection but the food wasnt the best. Hopefully this is due to the ongoing renovations and will be better once completed.

Summary: Had a brilliant time at Rockliffe Hall. The spa was really relaxing and well worth it. The spa treatment itself was spot on, and the views around the place are lovely. The Staff were great: polite, helpful, and made everything easy. They left a few things out for our birthday celebration, which made the day feel special. Tip: on your last morning, try to squeeze in one last 1/2 hour the spa to set you up for the day.

Summary: The staff were excellent, couldn’t do enough for us. The spa was fantastic as always, and the room was lovely. The food in the clubhouse restaurant was amazing and the staff in there were also brilliant and professional. Faultless and Value for money, we would recommend to anyone, a visit to Rockliffe Hall, Hotel and Spa is a must. We only live in Teesside, so it’s on our doorstep, We will definitely be returning soon, for another great weekend!
