Positive: Convenient to downtown Rockland. Large room, comfortable beds. Staff was very friendly and welcoming.

Negative: Room was clean, but details were a little rough around the edges. Hallway carpet looked old, flooring in bathroom was not quite level and a bit buckled. Toilet seat would not stay up and we could not get anyone in to fix it in the five days we were there. Breakfast was disappointing.

Positive: For an off-season visit, it is the perfect place to stay! Close to everything so you can walk the village. If you wanted to venture out to the islands, the ferries are right across the street.

Positive: The staff was very friendly and upgraded my room for free when I showed up for check-in. The room was very clean and fresh and had beautiful views of the harbor across the street. The hotel was very quiet, the gym was simple and offered exactly what I needed, and the breakfast was good too!

Negative: Nothing to report— this was one of the best places I have stayed.

Summary: This is hands down the best hotel stay I have ever had!

Positive: Everyone we had an interaction with was friendly. The room was clean and comfortable for our group. We were happily surprised to find out there was a mini fridge and microwave in the room for food if we didn't want to eat out. There was a little balcony and 2 chairs as well for us to sit outside and enjoy the wonderful view.

Negative: Slow Elevator but that wasn't a major issue since we mostly took the stairs. Besides that there was really nothing we did not like about our stay.

Summary: Friendly staff, good location, decent breakfast, and comfortable rooms. We would stay here again.
