Summary: The staff were very helpful. Anything we asked was not too much for them. Now the breakfast was to another level because of our diet we are restricted with options but the chef was fantastic and he made brilliant breakfast to our needs. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Summary: First time staying here and I will come here again. Staff are lovely, location is perfect, breakfast was very good. The only downside to it is the noise from outside, it's not sound proof, this wasn't a problem for me but if you're looking for somewhere that's quiet and no noise this place is not best for you. But like I said for me it wasn't a problem for me so everything was perfect.

Summary: AC died had to wait and hour to be repaired, water pressure was pathetic.Hotel was way to noisy, no sound proof, could hear neighbours, street noise was horrendous. No breakfast was prepared for our early departure, bed quilt was to small for bed, and our safe needed new batteries, we had to manually open, coffee machine was broken. Hotel looks great but not run well.

Summary: This place couldn't have been any more perfect. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home! The owner is an amazing individual and has just as amazing staff. Everything being 5 stars is an understatement and should be in a ranking of their own! Will definitely be staying here again when I visit!!
