Positive: The property is secure with a gated access. I don’t feel the photos do the property justice as it far exceeded our expectations. Every room was large, each with an en-suite bathroom. The beds were extremely comfy. The main living area was also large with everything that was needed and there was use of the hot tub in the garden.

Negative: Pulling out of the gate is a bit hazardous as there are trees blocking the view of the oncoming traffic on a 50mph road with no mirror/reflections to help.

Positive: it’s a modern property with ample parking, beds were comfy, plenty of seating in the open plan living area…

Negative: The ovens were quite dirty, it wasn’t too bad for us as we were only staying the one night and had a takeaway but if we’d booked for a longer stay there’s no way I would have cooked in those ovens… we had to wash the plates and bowls as they were dirty too. Also what wouldn’t be good for people staying longer than one night it’s the fact that the freezer was jam packed with stuff… we could only just about fit our freezer blocks in it to keep our cool bag cold the following day. the fridge (although empty) was dirty too. The family photos seem a little odd, we appreciate it’s a family home when not being rented out but may be worth removing some especially the children in the bath one. may be worth checking the bathroom velux window seems someone like to draw in the steam 😀

Positive: Beautiful property, amazing facilities, loved the hot tub. We also had use of the table tennis. The hosts seemed lovely and we're very responsive.

Negative: The kitchen wasn't as clean as we would have liked. The ovens and trays were quite dirty. One of the ensuite sink plugs was stuck (we could have messaged about this and I'm sure it would have been sorted), I'm presuming the owners live there... the family pictures on the walls were a little too personal for us. There is also a tenant who lives in a maisonette at the front. He was very lovely but worth noting as we were unaware.
