Summary: We wanted a place on a lake in the early fall and this did not disappoint. We kayaked (nice newer kayaks), built fires, napped and read; very isolated. The house was clean and had good kitchen supply including wine opener, knives and extras like dw detergent, paper towels, salt and pepper etc. I recommend for an easy drivable getaway from multiple east coast cities. Warning: the house next door shares the lakefront. Luckily no one was renting while we were there but you should be aware.
