Positive: The location was great, right on the main pedestrian shopping street.

Negative: The room was quite "tired", not bad, but not worth the wait when you rent a room in a four-star hotel.

Positive: The hotel is budget friendly so you cant really expect top facilitys or service. Still the hotel felt clean and our room was spacious and nothing to complain about. Overall it was pretty good service.

Negative: We had an incident in the spa facilities with a gentlemen called Pablo. From entering the Spa Pablo was very rude to our whole group and i think it was because he offered us massage treatments. One in the group thats been sexually assaulted by a man before said he didnt want a man but a woman to massage him and Pablos eyes was mad immidiatly. We went down to the pool where two familys with their children was playing in the pool, screaming and jumping in the water wich whas much more loud then our group was. Still Pablo came and screamed at us to shut up when we were just talking in a normal tone. Think it all was a very scary situation and i went back to my room and didnt go back to the spa during our stay just because of Pablo.

Positive: The location is perfect - the main entrance to the hotel is straight to the main shopping street of Andorra la Vella/Les Escaldes. The room was clean, the staff was friendly. We travel with our small dog and they prepared bowls and a bed for our dog in the room. The view from the balcony was also very good. During checkout they gave us two bottles of water and candies as a present (I've never seen anything like that in so many hotels I've visited).

Negative: Nothing.

Positive: The service was great, glass of champagne when checking in and friendly staff, helpful with bags and parking. Also, the lobby smells amaazziinnggg. I want to know what that smell is. I tried writing to the front desk to ask but never got a response back.

Negative: The outside is very loud. Not the hotels fault but our balcony was near the parking lot and public garbage.
