Positive: Every meal was excellent, with incredible view. The kids and the adults were all happy with the selection. The dessert selection was always amazing (too good to resist!). It has its own little beach with free seating and umbrella. Because of my health issues we tried to swap our quite far-away unit up the hill to one closer to the cafeteria/pool/beach; they were able to move us on the 2nd day. Parking was nearby, and it's a good base for exploring the northern part of Korfu. The beds were rather firm just the way I like them, but not conjoint twin beds as in northern Europe, so my husband woke me up when he moved. Sofa beds were comfortable for the kids.

Negative: There is a significant seaweed/algae problem that blighted the view and sand availability even with regular cleanup efforts. Note that the whole coastline faces north and so there is very little direct sunshine, something that I didn't notice when booking. The wind typically blows from the north, and it was often quite windy/cold during our stay -- I will not stay on the northern coast of Corfu again in the future. There was very little entertainment (two nights of live music that happened in the very smoky beach bar - which our kids ran away from). There are no lactose-free options at breakfast, a problem for me. There are very few games in the lounge area, and most of them were not complete. Only chess and Jenga were complete. The indoor kids' corner had very few items and looked completely uninviting - I never saw any kid using it. The massage lady is absolutely incompetent - worst massage I've had in my whole life. The ping pong table is warped and on uneven ground with little space to play. The cleaning was not always up to great standard (upon arrival we found sand in our sheets), and it was very slow - it always seems to take the cleaning lady a couple hours to finish our room, which was inconvenient. There seems to be a single old lady who takes care of our building as well as the main building. She seems to be working all hours of the day and night!

Summary: A mix of good and bad. Will stay somewhere more sheltered and/or south facing next time.

Positive: Beautiful resort nestled between the green mountains of Corfu. As someone who has to visit here often because of family obligations.. I can tell you this place ...?? Is MY VACATION FROM MY VACATION!! Amazing staff who are quite friendly and accommodating. English is the first language spoken at this amazing gorgeous resort. This five star resort is amazingly affordable...for the view, scenery, food quality, and last but not least the hospitality that Greeks all around the world are famous for. As a first generation Greek-American, born and raised in the states, this place is my home away from home! Thank you for a wonderful time !

Positive: The property is large and we had privacy, even though we had pool view, it was quiet. One night live music was playing and that created a nice atmosphere. Confortable, big room, clean, towels were changed every day. Good breakfast

Negative: We wanted to take dinner at their á la carte restaurant one night, but since this was placed on the beach, it was unfortunately full of mosquitos. They have a buffet option for 22eur / pers. though

A lot of people in the staff, very polite and helpfull High quality beds, very good sleep Amenities in the room replenished every day along with cleaning Food is of good quality and good variation for dinner Pools open until 21, sometimes 23. Excelent value for money

Negative: Breakfast could be more mediteraneean but then again, there are a lot of Brittish and German guests that are conservative with their food and the hotel must please them ... Evening animation/shows (3/week) were a bit lame
